Rules & Regulations :
In order to win this contest, the selected entrant must first answer a time-limited skill-testing question.
Contest is subject to the following rules and regulations:
- All information on the official entry form must be provided in order for the entry to be valid. By submitting an Official Entry Form from the website, each contestant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations governing this contest.
- Only one entry per household per day will be accepted.
- All entries must be received through the "Nutrience" Contest Entry site at http://www.nutrience.com/ by midnight of the contest close date.
- The winner will be selected within the first week following the contest close date. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail shortly after the contest draw date. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, refunds, transfers or cash equivalent payments will be allowed.
- This contest is open to Canadian residents of legal age. The following are excluded from entering: employees, representatives, and agents of Rolf C. Hagen Inc., and participating dealers; their immediate families; and persons with whom they are domiciled. No purchase necessary for entry into this contest.
- All entries become the sole property of Rolf C. Hagen Inc. By entering this contest, all entrants agree to the use and publication of their names, city and province to be used for promotion purposes by Rolf C. Hagen Inc., or its advertising agencies, without compensation either during or after the contest.
- The winner's name, city and province will be published on the website shortly after the winner has been informed.

Any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of the prizes in this publicity contest may be submitted to the "Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec".
- Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
